UPMC are hosting an online Public Information Meeting focusing on Cardiology.
This event is open to the general public and is suitable for anybody wanting to learn more about Cardiology.
This meeting will be chaired by Ms Gwen Daniels, General Manager at UPMC Whitfield and presentations followed by a live Q&A will be from the following UPMC Clinicians:
- Prof. Usama Boles, Consultant Cardiologist, UPMC Whitfield Hospital –
- ‘Arrhythmia (abnormal heart rate) burden in the community; its prevention and treatment options.’
- Ms. Elaine Casey, CNM2, Cath Lab, UPMC Whitfield Hospital
- ‘An introduction to Cardiology Services – what and who to expect when you enter the Cardiology Department as a patient!’
