I want to thank Professor Brain Devitt and his team for their professionlism and care during my second hip replacement.

My hip was fairly restricted and weak, with no pain but unable to walk long distance.  My surgery was booked within 6 weeks after my consultation with Professor Devitt. This was my second hip replacement with Professor Brian Devitt and the care, reassurance and expertise from his team was first class.

I returned home within 2 days post surgery and my recovery was amazing. I was using one crutch within 5 days of post surgery and never had any issues.

I never had any pain post surgery and I was back teaching yoga within 2 weeks.

I would recommend anyone that is having a hip repalcement to use the anterior approach as the recovery is so much quicker. This is one of the reasons I choose Professor Brian Devitt as he is an expert in this surgery.

I am so happy and both my hips are extremely flexible and strong now.
