Before the op, I could no longer run & was having difficulty sleeping at night. It was hard to get comfortable if I was travelling.

The operation went well & I was out of the hospital in a few days.

I followed the rehab programme I was given & was back in the gym 2 weeks post op. I went to see my own physio every 4 weeks & he gave me a monthly schedule to follow in line with my progress.

I am back running with most of the mileage done on grass. I started back Hyrox training about 9 months post op. I was skiing in January.

We came 4th in our age grade recently in a doubles hyrox competition. So far, all is going well.

Very happy with the outcome.
