 UPMC Sports Surgery Clinic is delighted to announce construction has commenced on a major extension to the clinic. This work which will commence during August 2019 is expected to be completed by Spring 2020. This increased capacity will facilitate the addition of a further two ultra clean-air operating theatres dedicated to orthopaedic and spinal surgical procedures; bringing the total of theatres to seven. The expansion will also see an increase in the number of inpatient beds by a further twenty bringing total capacity to eighty-three. |
