After completing your health check, you will receive a detailed report outlining your body’s current health status, giving you a clear understanding of where you stand.

Advanced Performance Metrics (VO₂ Max Test)

  • This test will be completed before your health check on a different day and at the UPMC SSC Fitness lab. VO₂ is typically expressed in millilitres of oxygen per minute per kilogram of body weight (ml/min/kg) and higher levels are associated with better heart health and improved athletic performance.
  • VO₂ Max Test – Measures cardiovascular endurance and aerobic capacity. Improving cardiovascular efficiency for better race times.

 Heart Rate Recovery Analysis

  • Evaluates heart performance under controlled exertion
